How do I download a File... ?

When you Click a link to a download page a Download dialog should appear.  Click Save As and Choose to save to the Desk Top or another easily found Folder on your System.  This will make it easy to find the file after it is downloaded.

Why can't I open the file ... ?

Many files are packaged in a ZIP format for downloading.  ZIP format combines many files into one file and also reduces it's size.  You'll need a program to decompress your downloaded ZIP files.  We've found several Free Un-ZIP tools here.
